The Prime series is the newest and upgraded series. They come with things like WiFi and several new upgrades.

Green moutain Choise Series
There is only one model in this one and the Choice series is slowly being phased out.
Daniel Boone (Now called Ledge?)
Green Mountain Daniel Boone
This is the most looked-for model Green Mountain Grills model. It is also their cheapest model. Except for the Trek Portable pellet grill. The name is upgraded from Daniel Boone to Trek.
The Daniel Boone pellet smoker comes with the following features.

- 12 and 14-gauge steel
- 13.5 inches clearance
- 17 or 18 Lbs hopper

Green Mountain Trek
This model, formerly known as the Davy Crocket, has some upgrades and is a perfect camping, tailgate pellet grill.
I am not going to share a lot of information here about the Trek. The reason is that I will do a full review on the portable pellet grill reviews page.
GMC Big Pig Trailer
This is, as you will understand, not some Green Mountain pellet grill most of us would buy. This is considered a commercial pellet grill.
Green Mountain Pellet Grill Reviews – My Opinion
I have no idea why they changed the names of some of their most known models. I know that Green Mountain grills were among the first ones to adapt to the PID and WiFi options in the pellet grill market.
although they have a nice-looking website they do not sell their grills there. So, if you wonder where to buy Green Mountain pellet grills you will have to find a local dealer through their website or click on one of the links I provided here.
In general, all my wood pellet smoker reviews are based on reading and watching videos for a long time before I even make any recommendations.
The grills are receiving some nice ratings and the price-quality is very well-balanced compared to other brands in the same price group.
